6. 2. 2012: cooking class

Monday 6th February 2012 we organized for cooking class in hotel Barceló Old Town Prague****.

The class "perfect Argentinean steak" was led by chef Jan Schánil, who provide us with an insight into his art. It was a perfect evening with friendly atmosphere and good food.

The dinner took 3 hours, including the preparation, and we learned how to prepare a few delicatessens from beef:

  • Beef Tagliata
  • Beef Stroganoff
  • Argentinean beef filet (steak)

The evening was accompanied by delicious Moravian red wine and also non-alcoholic drinks were available for free. Of course in the end of evening we ate everything what we prepared! For cooking were used only premium and original ingredients.

The course was focused on preparation of beef in combination with perfect sides – baked potatoes with rosemary and garlic.

Next time we will meet us by preparation of French delicatessens (Thursday 22nd March 2012).
