Enjoy fully equipped offices with a full service and the possibilities of refreshments and lunches. We offer to you also administrative support.

RENTAL

It is possible to rent one chair or whole room for an hour, half day, whole day or long term.
The working space is available for 1 - 22 persons and can be organize flexible according to your needs.

TARIFFS FOR INDIVIDUALS & SMALL GROUP (MAX. 4 PERSONS):

  • 1 hour á CZK 700 + 21% VAT
  • every initiated hour
  • rental per hour is possible only in the case of an event for max 4 persons

Price includes:

  • Drinks: coffee Naše káva, tea, water and homemade lemonade in jugs
  • Wi-Fi
  • Availability to print in colour, copying and scans
  • Possibility of projection of presentations and videos (LCD screen 55")
  • Magnetic white board
  • Flipchart
  • Administrative support available during your meeting
  • Possibility of refreshment in the coffee place next door Náš bar (Our bar)

TARIFFS FOR BIGER GROUPS: 1 - 22 PERSONS

  • HALF DAY RENT.................CZK 4,000.00 (+ 21% VAT)
  • WHOLE DAY RENT..............CZK 6,000.00 (+ 21% VAT)
  • EVENING RENT... ..............CZK 2,500.00 (+ 21% VAT)
  • REFRESHMENTS.................individual offer and price calculation (in advance)
  • OWN REFRESHMENT is going to be charged CZK 85/pp + 15% VAT

  • Multifunctional printer (print in colours, copy, scan)
  • Possibility of projection of presentations and videos (including sound), using LCD screen 55"

STORNO

The change of the date needs to be announced minimum 14 days in advance in order to be fully refundable. In case of cancelation without an alternative date following conditions are applied:

  • more than 14 days in advance: no fees are charged
  • 7 – 14 days: fees in amount of 25% of total price
  • 3 – 7 day: fees of 50% of the total price
  • Less than 3 days: we charged you 100% price.
